July 2025 RLSS Level 3 National Pool Lifeguard Gen 10 Qualification

Monday 7th July - Saturday 12th July 2025

King's School, Ely, CB7 4DB

• Candidates must be 16 or over and able to complete the following:

  • Jump/Dive into deep water

  • Swim 50m continuously on front and back in deep water

  • Tread water for 30 seconds

  • Surface dive to the floor of the pool (3.5m)

  • Climb out of the pool unaided without using the steps
